Natural Breast Lift


Basic Breast Enhancement Hypnosis Disclaimer:

Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state which is beneficial and restorative. Naturally you should not practice these basic scripts if you are engaged in any activity (such as operating machinery) which demands full conscious awareness. Nor is it a substitute for correct medical attention to illness. Lastly, these scripts are not recommended for people who suffer from mental illness. In short, while we are confident that only benefit will accrue from using these basic scripts, we are required to state that you do so at your own risk. If you are unsure, please consult a Physician before proceeding.


It is suggested for you to record all the scripts on a tape and use it till you have become familiar with what you are doing or have memorized the scripts. Preferably, you should use a soft voice tone and leave pauses in between scripts so that you can play the tape to guide yourself through hypnosis. Alternatively, you can get someone - woman if possible to record it for you.


Avoid self-hypnosis if you have a history of epilepsy. There is a slim chance that the altered state of hypnosis might induce a fit. Never practice self-hypnosis while involved in any activity that required you to be alert, for instance driving and operating of machinery.

Where To Practice?

Preferably, indoors in a quiet room, sitting comfortably in a chair that have appropriate support for the head.

When To Practice?

Personally, the best time is just before you sleep. There are no set rules about which time of the day will be most suitable for your self-hypnosis session. However, it is important to put quality time aside for self-hypnosis - not just what is left over.

How Long Should You Practice?

Initially, it is suggested that you practice for about 20 to 30 minutes a day. As you get more familiar with the whole process, you can cut it down to 10 to 15 minutes.


There are many benefits to relaxation. Many people report to sleep better, generally feeling more calm and ease in themselves. Achieving a relax state of mind and body is also a pleasant and beneficial way to start self-hypnosis.

Progressive Body Relaxation

Now, slowly tense the muscles of both your feet and hold this tension for a while. Gradually, let the tension go. Repeat this flexing and relaxing working upwards to your calves, thighs, buttocks, stomach, chest, back, hands, arms, shoulders, neck, face and finally the top of head, imagining all the tension sipping out.
